Kyriimon crashes into Wedge's base and tells them what Raven did. A new boy, Burne, joins up with Wedge before they go to Realemon's tower to try to save Raven. Meanwhile at Lulu Tower, Darkdragonomon sneaks off to also go to Realemon's tower.

Darkdragonomon arrives first and is confronted by Deragon, as Brandy tries to stop the fight. In Raven's dreams, she meets a digimon that will help her, Cryptaromon, and when awake due to the fighting, introduces him to Realemon. Raven and Darkdragonomon get into an argument over him being able to speak to Realemon, as Deragon takes Brandy back to their room. Raven decides to leave just as Realemon starts talking to Darkdragonomon. Wedge, Burne and Rosa arrive, and Deragon finds them first and starts fighting. Realemon goes to investigate, giving Deragon a chance to send Brandy to Lulu Tower.

In the early morning, Kyle and Cloud go looking around the forest to find food, soon returning and sharing with Shayde. After eating, Cloud and Shayde decide to have a practice fight as it starts raining. AJ wakes up and decides to go look for Jenni, while Jasmine continues to sleep. The fight is interrupted by news of Deragon being in trouble, and Cloud goes to help. Brandy soon arrives.

Cloud gets to Realemon's tower and him and Deragon escape as Realemon fights Wedge, Rosa and Burne. Darkdragonomon decides to leave, and Wedge and Rosa decide to retreat, but Kyriimon and Burne decide to stay and try to find Raven.

In Acamina, Jenni decided to break into a pool and go swimming, and AJ soon finds her, drags her out and takes her back to Lulu Tower. Near the apartments, Jasmine's cousin Alan comes to visit but gets lost, and Kenny finds him and once they find that they know the same person, Kenny takes him to Lulu Tower, suspecting that she would be there. Kenny helps Alan send her a D-Terminal message that they are coming soon, and they take the bus towards the tower. Meanwhile, Wedge and Rosa return to his base and find Pirelli. Rosa decides that they need to go shopping so Pirelli takes them to Milina Mall in Acamina.

Darkdragonomon soon returns to Lulu Tower being attacked by some Demidevimon. Deragon, Cloud, and Kyle help defend the tower as Shayde helps him. One of the Demidevimon is captured and put inside the tower but Alidramon protests. Once the Demidevimon are gone, Shayde starts arguing with the others while Kyle goes looking for more food for his Demidevimon. Cloud's digivice reacts to another digidestined on the island, and he goes to investigate just before the Demidevimon swarm returns and they go back to defending it. A new digidestined, Draek, arrives, but is the cause of the Demidevimon attack due to his digimon, NeoDevimon. Shayde and the others fight him, causing Brandy to wake up. Jasmine wakes up to the noise of the D-Terminal and gets confused by the fighting outside, Brandy being at the tower, and worrying about Alan.

Elsewhere on Kertermus Island, Cloud finds a Kuwagamon attacking Cira. He defeats it, and after talking to Cira for a while, head back to the tower as the fight between Shayde and Draek ends. He takes Cira inside, where Deragon confronts her about when he saw her with Wedge. Cloud gets mad and him and Cira leave, and go to talk in the forest. Darkdragonomon updates the group on what he learned from Realemon about the dimension fusion, and Jasmine decides that they need to get all the digidestined together and have a meeting to decide what to do next, then remembers that Kenny might be illusioned and goes to find Alan, and Shayde follows. AJ arrives in the forest with Jenni, and Kenny, who is not too far away with Alan, runs off to talk to AJ. Jasmine and Shayde find Alan and take him back to the tower, explaining what is going on. Once there, Shayde begins researching something while Jasmine sends a message to the others about the meeting, then talks to Brandy and Deragon, as AJ and Jenni finally reach the tower. Shayde informs them that Lulu Tower had a sort of catacomb area that could be accessed with the Masamune and the Murasame swords. Brandy notices how mentally messed up Jenni is, and they find out that she's illusioned, along with Kenny. Cloud and Cira return, and Deragon still believes Cira is a spy so Cloud attacks him as Cira runs away.

While at the Milina Mall, Wedge, Rosa and Pirelli get attacked by Skeet, one of his followers who doesn't think that he is doing his job. Ken finds them and decides to assist Skeet, confusing Pirelli. the fight comes to a sort of draw and everyone exits the mall, and try to talk outside as Ken leaves. Skeet almost gets Wedge to rejoining, but his digimon convince Canamon to teleport Skeet away, as Celia and Takakura arrive with digieggs of their own. Pirelli receives a message from Jasmine that they are planning a meeting at 5 or 6 PM and asks for them to come, so they leave for Lulu Tower

Skeet appears in the cold area of the digital world, and tries to find shelter, instead finding a guy, Celdur, helping a scared girl, Namida, both digidestined. After chasing Skeet off, Celdur meets Deragon and Takakura, and they all go to Lulu Tower.

At the tower, Shayde leaves Jasmine to trying to figure out what to do about Jenni while updating her cousin, and goes into the catacombs to find out what is there, learning about a prophecy that when the two swords, himself, and Light and Dark Dragonomon come together with an artifact Lunamon kept, it unleashes Sephiromon, keeper of the balance. Alan's curiosity on her dimension theory causes Brandy to realized that because Jenni and Jasmine are parallel, they could both use Alysha as their Aspect Key and enter Lunamon's room, so Jasmine decides to go to Chesum to find Alysha, and takes Alidramon with her. Cloud and Deragon go look for Cira, and explain that they want her to come back. Wedge's group arrives, and when Cloud, Deragon and Cira get back, Cloud tried to attack Wedge but Deragon knocked him out. Deragon and Dracomon start arguing on who is in charge until Brandy yells at everyone.

Darkdragonomon goes to Realemon's tower to inform her of recent events, and Realemon sends him back to the tower to spy on the others along with Wazumi. Draek comes to try to attack but noticing the number of people, decides to retreat. Shayde leaves the catacombs and chases after him. He catches up to him, but Darkdragonomon interupts and starts a fight with Shayde to make it appear that he is working with Realemon, providing Draek with the opportunity to escape, going to Realemon. Darkdragonomon steals one of Shayde's disks and goes back to Realemon. Once there, they argue at each other and Realemon until she threatens them unless they stop. Draek tells her about the prophecy, and they try to figure out a plan to steal Shayde's sword, then return to the tower.

Jasmine and Alidramon go to Chesum to find Alysha but get stopped along the way. They find out that it's Alysha, who remembered Jasmine asking for her to help a year ago. She still wanted to help but didn't know where to go, so Jasmine tells her how to get back to the tower as Alysha drives, along with informing her of what had been going on. They find Brian along the way and give him a ride.

Wedge and Undramon play with Jenni while Bobdramon watches and the other kids talk. Wazumi pops up at the tower and everyone goes to stop him from doing anything, although are unable to do anything as he waits. Alysha and the others arrive, and Jasmine immediately takes Alysha up to Lunamon's room. Shayde and Lightomegadragonomon finally catch Wazumi, but he breaks free to talk to Brian, who immediately tries to attack him and Brandy. Bobdramon takes Brian's poles, and Lightomegadragonomon puts Wazumi in a shield, trapping him, although Brian continues to yell at Brandy for betraying the group two years ago. Alidramon creates a shield around the tower to protect it against evil.

Jasmine and Alysha finally manage to enter the room, and at first are unable to find anything. Alysha finds a mural of the Lost and Aspect group behind a curtain, and notices that there is a major inconsistency in herself in the picture. When pointing this out to Jasmine, it causes a box to appear with her digivice inside. They go outside to see that Draek is back. Shayde fights him off with Lightomegadragonomon but is saved by Darkdragonomon, who in that act becomes his partner. Wedge has his digimon digivolve and create copies, but one loses control and attacks him. Alysha attempts to go through the barriers, but her digivice reacts to the misty one created by Lunamon, causing the mist to go into the digivice to bring Lunamon back.

Lunamon rants at everyone as she takes over guarding Wazumi and works on deillusioning him. Draek notices Lunamon there and leaves. Shayde and his digimon decide to take this time to go into the catacombs to take the test to complete the prophecy. Jenni decides to go bother Alan to avoid Brian's continued rant. Wedge finally gets the copy taken care of. Draek comes back, but instead of directly attacking, he has Neodevimon tunnel nearby Lulu Tower to try to get into the catacombs while the Demidevimon swarm caused trouble. Brandy and Alysha use two of poles Brian brought to try to chase off the Demidevimon. Deragon and Leon get fed up and threaten to fight Brian if he continues, but Wedge stands up to them. Deragon decides to leave, and Takakura goes with him.

Wedge and his friends decide to leave, but while in the forest, Rosa and Infermon get separated from the others. Ken and his most recent creation Traximon watch, and Traximon takes over Infermon and attacks Rosa. Leon, Cloud, and Celia go after the new disturbance, causing Traximon to break the link and fight them. He managed to avoid their attacks, causing one to miss completely and hit Skeet and her digimon, deleting him and knocking Skeet unconscious. Shayde completed the test and became Sephiromon, but at that point Draek and Neodevimon had tunneled into the catacombs and they fight once again. Jenni started throwing her shoes at the Demidevimon, and then decided to wear Alan's. Draek leaves, and Sephiromon talks to the others. Lunamon finally finished deillusioning Wazumi to his Wizardmon form, then quickly fixes Kenny. Traximon is soon defeated by Leon and the others, although he escapes, leaven Ken to be captured. Pirelli soon arrives with Canamon and teleports them all into the tower. Celdur, Deragon and Takakura arrive at the tower. Lunamon goes inside to deillusion Ken, screaming about how Canamon dragged another illusion inside and starts to deillusion him, this time with Sephiromon's help. Once finished, Lunamon flung Canamon out the window again, and when Pirelli leaned out to see what happened, she fell out and Canamon digivolved to Flyzemon to catch her.

During this time, Traximon goes to the windblown valley portion of the other digital world, and takes over Jijimon, makes him attack Babamon and then takes him away. Wedge gets back to his base just as Traximon with Jijimon arrive, and Jijimon uses his staff to enter a room that was unopenable. Traximon and Jijimon reach the last chamber to find other digimon there, but Wedge catches up soon and his digimon fight the ones in the chamber. As the fighting calms, it unleashes a key to Wedge, giving him and his digimon the ability to trio merge to become Milleniumon, but loses control to him, attacks Traximon, who leaves, and then decides to go attack Lulu Tower.

Alan goes and reminds Lunamon about Jenni and she goes to deillusion her. Even with Sephiromon's help, Lunamon is only able to completely rid Jenni of the illusions along with her memories of that time, leaving Jenni deillusioned but without a single memory of the time since before the party in 2005. Lunamon sends everyone that didn't know Jenni in the past inside, although Shayde and Deragon still stay, and they update Jenni on what she's missed, although she keeps asking about where Hidimon is.

The group tries to start the meeting but soon realize there is a strange situation with Milleniumon, who is on the island, but not yet near the tower due to being attacked by Draek, planning his next attack. The digimon from the catacombs try to stop them, but shift their attention to stopping Milleniumon and protecting Draek, which confuses him. Wedge finally gains control as most of the catacomb digimon are beaten. The survivors and Draek go back to the tower, but Lucemon gets upset about her friends and goes to Neodevimon for comfort as Draek stands confused at the aspect of digimon dying for him. Brandy decides to make groups for the different tasks that need to be done before they can fight Realemon, such as deactivating the spires, defusing the dimensions, distracting Realemon while those groups work, and two groups at Lulu tower, one to guard and one to rescue the others if needed. As the groups leave, Wedge as Milleniumon arrives at the tower, realizing that he is stuck in that form, so asks Pirelli to get Lunamon to help him.

Upon the group's arrival at the tower, Shayde changes to Sephiromon, and him, Celdur, Draek and their digimon create a diversion as the others sneak in. Realemon creates an illusion of herself to fight Sephiromon. She illusions the other digimon who had protected Lunamon's catacombs, and makes them fight the others. As the group goes inside, Lucemon, who had decided to go with Jasmine to protect her, becomes affected by the darkness and falls into a mental battle with herself. Brandy, Ken and Deragon go to Ken's office and turn off the spires, while Jasmine, Brian and Wizardmon go to Wazumi's lab to defuse the dimensions if they can. Realemon sends Michelle, a recently illusioned, old friend of the group, to watch the group.

The people left at Lulu Tower talk for a while and get to know each other as Pirelli and Lunamon talk to Wedge on how to help him. Alan tries to leave but Alysha talks to him to stay. A unknown digimon, Sitoriumon, comes to the tower looking for Wedge and protection, but with no memories. Alan and Alysha try to figure out who she is. Lunamon tries to use her dark energy to figure out something unknown inside Milleniumon, and Pirelli causes the two to get their mental selves stuck inside Milleniumon along with Wedge. THey located his crest, and a dark dragon that kept attacking them.

An unknown digimon, Terrakabuterimon, comes to help Sephiromon fight Realemon, but is forced to fight another digimon, Shahkrumon. Rita, Brian's little sister who is looking for him, and gets distracted by watching the digimon fight. The Blackwargreymon from the tower is corrupted into IllusionWargreymon, and continues fighting. Terrakabuterimon gets hurt too much, and as Rita tries to help, she causes her to dedigivovle to her rookie form, and the two go to find Lulu tower and Brian. Inside, Michelle separates Brian from the group, and he makes her remember that he is her boyfriend. Michelle faints, and after Pirelli fails to reply to his request to come help, he takes her out of the tower with the twin's help. Lucemon's mental battle ends with her splitting into her dark and light form, as Jasmine and Wizardmon make it to the office. She is able to reverse the fusion, as Ken turns off the spires. As Jasmine leaves the office, Realemon captures her and hides her in Memory Canyon. Illusionwargreymon escapes the battle and flees, confused. The others notice that Jasmine had suddenly disappeared, and Shayde tells the others to go back and that he will rescue her. They leave on their digimon, accidentally leaving Brian to walk back.

Rita and Ceramon arrive at the island and got to the tower. A random earthquake causes a lot of confusion, and the group soon gets the message that the dimensions were defused and the spires deactivated, but Jasmine got captured. Kenny catches onto the fact that Rita is there, and starts fighting with her.

Illusionwargreymon arrives at the tower, about the same time that N'amie came out of hiding due to the earthquake. Their illusionary states react to each other and they become partners. Illusionwargreymon decides to hide N'amie in the hole of the catacombs to keep her safe until able to talk to Lunamon, still helping Wedge and Pirelli inside Milleniumon. Jenni gets too upset about all the trouble, so AJ tries to comfort her by giving her a pair of goggles while Alysha decides to have Rita, Kenny and Kyle go to help the others since they are the rescue group.

Kenny, Rita and Kyle head east for a bit as Kenny and Rita insult and argue with each other. They run into Rosa, and as they introduce themselves, Rita runs off into the fog. Elsewhere, Brian had finally arrived on the island, but got caught by the Gotsumon. Rita overhears a different set of Gotsumon discussing the arrest, and runs back to the others. Kenny leads the group to the southern area of the island towards the Gotsumon Jail, riding on Rosa's Infermon. The insulting continues, and Rita goes and gets a big stick and donks Kenny in the head.

The others return from the Realemon tower mission, and try to find out what is going on at the tower. Fallenlucemon collapses from the darkness, and reformats into being a human named Felicia, and partner to Risenlucemon. Draek gets mad about the paradoxes of digimon and illusions becoming partners, and confused about the digimon dying to save him. Jenni finally stops spazzing and tries to help Felicia.

Realemon retrieves Jasmine, and leaves her illusioned invisible and silent in her office, tied up to a chair with illusionary ropes. Shayde arrives, and tries to fight Realemon, uses too much of his paladin powers, turning to darkness. Realemon summons Shahkrumon to assist as trying to repair the illusions on Jasmine, suddenly disrupted by Shayde's powers. She notices that the ropes are loose, and gets herself free. Shayde notices, and takes her and escape towards the tower.

Shayde's digimon report that Shayde rescued Jasmine and they'd come soon. Brandy faints over the fact that Michelle was really illusioned. Illusionwargreymon tells Draek to talk to N'amie. Alysha starts to worry about the kids leaving, so her and Alan try to sneak out after them. Jenni and Celdur continue to try to call Felicia down, and AJ almost fights Celdur. Inside Milleniumon, they finally beat the dragon and escape to their normal selves. Outside, Leon starts getting mad that Celia keeps trying to get attached, so Cira goes to talk to him and he starts being nicer to Celia.

On the way back to the tower, Shayde collapses, due to the overuse of the darker powers, and his digivice sends Jasmine into his mind. Inside, most of the aspects of his mind had been turned dark, and bit by bit, him and Jasmine find ways to bind the darkness, along with realizing how they felt about each other.

N'amie tells Draek that she thinks the others won't be nice, and Draek decides to protect her, and end up liking each other and sharing Draek's Dark Knight powers. Lunamon gets angry over N'amie's existence again, but focuses on deillusioning Michelle as Jenni watches. Jasmine and Shayde return and explain what happened, as most everyone goes to head to bed. Felicia, finally semi calm, gets emotional again. Celdur tries to calm her and she becomes attached to him. Alysha and Alan try sneaking out again, and AJ tries to prevent Alan and Alysha from leaving, but Alan covers saying they want to be alone. Deragon begins to explore the catacombs and finds a shrine with a picture that caused him and his digimon to trio merge to Mastermon. Lunamon finishes deillusioning Michelle and starts to look for Alysha. Celdur asks people for help in getting the sleeping Felicia off, and Jenni attempts to explain what is going on between them as laughing at the cuteness.

Alysha and Alan wander around lost in the foggy area of the island, unable to track the kids or even tell where they are. Eventually, Alan starts pushing buttons on his D-Former, and finds a map and they head to the jail.

Upon arrival at the jail, Kenny tries to talk Rita into being rational with the Gotsumon, but she barges in, so Kenny follows as Rosa and Kyle wait outside. Demidevimon starts carving his name in the roof of the jail, and is arrested, and they consider arresting Infermon. They learn that the Gotsumon intend to keep Brian, but might trade him for Ken and Wazumi. Rita tries to agree with the deal, but Kenny protests too much and they arrest him. Dinokabuterimon breaks into the lower areas of the jail, and frees Brian, Demidevimon and Kenny. Everyone regroups outside, as their digimon fight the Gotsumon trying to arrest them. Their leader, Meteormon, tries to defeat Dinokabuterimon but fails as Rita digivovles her to Terrakabuterimon and she uses her Calamity Crusher attack to beat him and create a wall of tall spikes across the corner of the island.

While still walking, Alan and Alysha are found by Lunamon and Undramon. Lunamon starts yelling at Alysha for leaving since she doesn't know anything about the digital world, since she hadn't been here before; the Alysha everyone knew years ago was an illusion by Realemon.

Lunamon realizes that Alysha is not at the tower and starts panickingly screaming at everyone, and Undramon calms her down enough to go look for her. Shayde wakes up and talks to Deragon, who wants to spar, and Sephiromon takes over and tells him no. Jenni decides to go to bed, and realizes that Kenny is missing. Sephiromon says that he's with the group saving Brian, and Jenni tries to figure out who else is missing. He wakes up Draek and N'amie and send them with Jenni to locate the missing people. Out of nowhere, a winged guy, Leo, appears above Lulu Tower, and, unable to hold himself in the air for long, falls and crashes into Shayde, waking up Jasmine. She tries to help him as Draek, Jenni and N'amie go to find the others.

Draek and the others arrive at the jail and tells them to head back before going to find the others. Terrakabuterimon carries Rita and Brian, Infermon prepares to take Rosa, Kenny, and Kyle. Draek's group goes and finds out why Alysha and Alan left, and has Illusionwargreymon take them back as he goes and checks on the other group before returning tot he tower. He leaves before finding out that Kyle is unable to catch up to Infermon and has to walk back to the tower.
