As soon as he evolves, the missle is ignited and he is unable to stay in one place because it forces him to fly around until he evolves again., although he seems to be able to do a little speed adjustment. He has to fly fast though, or else he'll fall. His "Missile Crash" uses his speed and destructive power to ram the enemy, but he doesn't have good accuracy.
