Rules-Playing In Game

Character Control
You can only control yourself and/or your digimon. If NPCs are needed for particular situations, then they are allowed although you should ask before using.
You are not allowed to act for other characters. Do not "put words into their mouths" as an attempt to control their actions, or to control the story.
There are main characters and there are background characters. All characters however, are just as important as any other ones. Therefore, all characters should be treated and played fairly, regardless of their plot-wisestatus.
Once a player takes control of a character, it's theirs, no matter what, except if they give it up to another player. The controller of the character alone has the right to say what finally happens to the character, such as living or dying, not being RPed anymore, etc, although permission might be necessary if the character is still needed. Consistency to the former/original player's methods of playing the character should be kept. Any changes made should have a consistent and RPed explanation for why they occur, such as with any change in a character, regardless of transfer.
--transferred digimon still can use forms that new player has not yet achieved in post counts

Character Interaction
People are allowed to have 'loner' type characters, however, people need to be able to work together for this RPG to work, since a majority of it is plot based, even the battles.
Plot-based rrivalriesand enemies are allowed as long as it causes no fighting OOC and rrelativelyno fighting in-game.
Please do not try to attain more power for your characters for plain power purposes. Plot-based power attainment is acceptable if used rationally.
Not everything needs to be solved with fighting or strong digimon.

Relationships
It's not realistic for a couple to fall in love within a day, unless under extreme circumstances. You can date someone you meet on the first day, but that isn't necessarily love. Use common sense to determine the difference.

Death
You may NOT kill your character. Your character dies only if an admin says so.
You can NOT kill other characters except with admin and a Conspiracy Council member gives permission.
'NPC' characters can be killed ONLY if the RPer of the NPC and a Conspiracy Council member gives permission.

Consistency
Although it's not forced, it's common courtesy to read through all posts after yours and not ignore anyone, regardless of if this would or would not affect your characters. While this might mean you know more than the character, Player and Character knowledge should already be kept separate, yet the awareness will help in making sure that conspiracies and other RPG events are consistent with other ooccurrences
A day should count as only a day, and as much as one don't think so, only has enough events/time in it for 24 hours of things.
A character can't be RPed to do the impossible, unless it's logically explained(even if their character needs to do something somewhere else and can't logically get there)
More often than not, humans only get in the way of Digimon battles, and their lives are even in danger by just being around certain Digimon.

Items
Players are not allowed to create new items, abilities, or new characters without having permission first.
Every item or piece of technology should be well thought out(as should everything else), and their design should be known by everyone

Inactive Characters
PCs that have not played for a short while but are still technically still with the group are assumed not there until the person started playing again. Assume that that character travels with the group if they go somewhere. Just don't talk to them.
Longer periods of player inactivity may result in the profiles of their inactive characters moved to a separate profile folder, and the characters left in the game uunofficiallyin the last known location unless otherwise stated.
The return of an inactive player will result in the characters to be played again although a reason for the inactivity should be established. The profiles will be moved back to the active profiles.
If you are interested in quiting the RPG and know ahead of time, do not kill yourself. Just tell us and we will do something like send you back to your home.
All inactive characters of members who permanently leave without intent to return will be transfered to the admin's control in order to keep consistency for both the RPG and book series.
